• Deposit Method: Deposits can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, VISA, and Mastercard. bl77 is not responsible for funds sent through any other unauthorized method.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount on bl77 is ৳100 BDT.
• Withdrawal Conditions: Your account must be fully verified before you can make a withdrawal. Withdrawals are generally processed via the same method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Withdrawals are typically processed within 24–72 hours. If verification is still in progress, processing may take longer.
• No Third-Party Payments: bl77 will never transfer funds to a third-party account. All transactions will be processed through the payment method registered in the user's own name.

The following conditions must be met to use bl77 bonuses and promotions:

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new users once only. Claiming a bonus multiple times from the same device or IP address is not allowed.

Bl77 may temporarily or permanently suspend an account in the following cases:

• If evidence of a terms and conditions violation is found.

• Extended periods of inactivity (generally 12 months).
• If the user submits a request to close their account.

To close your account, please contact the bl77 support team. Any remaining balance can be withdrawn before closure, subject to the applicable terms and conditions.
