Common Reasons for Login Issues
Users sometimes run into trouble logging in. Here are the most common reasons:
- Wrong Password: Check your capitalisation. Make sure Caps Lock is off.
- Incorrect mobile number: Enter your 11-digit number without +880.
- Account temporarily suspended: Too many incorrect password attempts will temporarily lock your account.
- Browser Cache Issue: Refresh your browser or clear the cache.
- Internet Connection: A weak network connection may slow down the login process.
Responsible Gaming To ensure responsible play, bl77 recommends every member set a deposit limit. You can do this from Account Settings after logging in.
